- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup Memories of Kobe
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 dash freshly grated ginger

Step 1
Put brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic into a medium saucepan. Add 1 cup water, while stirring constantly. Bring to a boil.
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup cold water and add to the sauce.
Stir constantly allowing the sauce to thicken.
