- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup malt powder
- 2 packages chocolate pieces

Step 1
1. In saucepan, over medium-high heat, bring 2 cups cream just to a boil.
2. Stir in 1/3 cup malt powder.
3. Add chocolate chips; cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
4. Stir until smooth.
5. Transfer to large mixing bowl.
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or until frosting is thoroughly chilled.
6. Set bowl of frosting in a large bowl of ice water.
7. Beat frosting with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes until fluffy.
