Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tea. salt
• 1/4 tea. garlic powder
• 1 cup mayonnaise (not light, fat-free, etc)
• 1 hard boiled egg, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in the blender.

Chill until cold.

Makes 1 pint
