Ingredients
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 tsp chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 (29 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (6 ounce) can water
- 1 tsp. basil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms

Step 1
Put sausage in baking pan & cook in oven 375 degrees for 20 mins. Cut into serving pieces. Saute onion & garlic in sausage fat til tender. Drain & add tomatoes, paste and all remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered for about 2 hrs. Can put over cooked spaghetti or can make sandwiches out of it
