Ingredients

4 large macintosh apples
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
dash salt
4 eggs
1/4 cup orange or pineapple juice
2.5 teaspoons baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together sugar eggs and salt until smooth. Add juice oil fflour and baking powder. Pour half the batter in baking tube. Layer apples cinnamon and suagr on top. Pour the rest of the batter and same with apples. Bake 350 about 1.5 hours.
