- 1/4 - 1/2 C Sharp Cheddar Shredded
- Heavy Cream
- Tarragon Leaves

Step 1
Sauce Pan, Low Heat Melt Butter & Add Cheese.
Add Cream for Desired Thickness.
Add Several Dashes of Tarragon.
Serve Hot over Asparagus, Eggs, Peas, etc.
