Ingredients
- For the topping:
- 5 whole graham crackers
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 6 tblsp cream
- 9 oz milk chocolate
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
In a food processor crumble the Graham crackers, add the flour and brown sugar. Add the butter and the egg and process to mix. Press into square pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
To make the topping bring the cream to a simmer. Add the chocolate and mix in the marshmallows. Spread over the crust.
