Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 4oz can baby portebello mushrooms
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup bisquick
- 3/4 tsp sage
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion, red pepper, mishrooms, and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in cheese. Transfer to a greased 9-in deeo-dish pie plate.
In a small bowl, combine the milk, eggs, bisquick, sage, and pepper. Pout over sausage mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minute until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes prior to serving.
