Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp gram masala
  • 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 2 big onions chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream/sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fenugreek leaves (Peacock kasoori Methi)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh corriander

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oil in a frying pan and when hot, add some cumin seeds and when they begin to crackle then add chopped oinions and cook over medium heat until translucent and then add ginger and garlic past and cook it until brown. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 mins and then add gram masala, fenugreek, salt, tumeric, cayenne and cook until the oil separate from the mixture. Add chicken and cook until chicken is done for about 15 mins. In the end add cream and chopped coriander to garnish.
