Ingredients
- 4 four-ounce pork chops, boneless and butterflied
- 2 tablespoons bottled lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Light the grill or broiler. Brush the chops with lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops.
Grill or broil for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
