Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 3 jalapeno peppers, minced
- Louisiana hot sauce to taste

Step 1
Mix everything, except grated cheese, together in a medium saucepan over medium heat until bubbly. Add grated cheese and heat for another 2 minutes.
Serve with corn chips or pumpernickel bread.
