Ingredients
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 cups thin sliced potatoes (about 4 medium sliced about 1/8 inch thick)
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Gradually stir milk into soup in a 2 qt. buttered casserole.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Cover tightly and microwave on hi 10 minutes. stir. Cover and microwave until potataoes are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes longer.
4. Stir. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
