  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
