Smashed Down Cake

Ingredients

• 1 white cake mix
• 1 8oz cool Whip
• 1 small strawberry jello
• 1 8oz cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered Sugar
• 1 16oz Frozen Strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake according to directions.Smash down to almost half normal hight.while cake is baking boil 1 cup water to disolve jello,add frozen strawberries. chill just to thicken slightly. Mix cream cheese, cool whip and powdered Sugar. Spread over the cake and then pour jello mixture over cream cheese layer.refrigerate. cut into squars.
