Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked
  • 6 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp dry mustard, mixed together

Preparation

Step 1

Spread bread on bottom of 9 X 13 pan.
Top with sausage.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Mix remaining ingredients together; beat well.
Pour liquid over top.
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until browned slightly.
