Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs russet potatoes
- 2 tsp chopped rosemary
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Cayenne, pinch

Step 1
Toss thinly sliced russet potatoes with rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt and pinch of cayenne. Spread on a baking sheet; roast in a 500 degrees F oven until golden, about 20 mins. Flip the potatoes and cook until golden and crisp, 8 more mins. Season with salt.
