Ingredients
- 1 pkg (12 oz) spiral macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups sliced black olives
- 1 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
- 1 cup carrots-julienne cut
- 1/4 lb hard salami; cut into strips
- 1 small red onion; chopped
- 1 (14 oz) can of artichoke bottoms-drained; cut into dice-size pieces
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup parmesan cheese-grated
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 3/4 to 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- salt and white pepper to taste

Step 1
Cook macroni according to package directions; rinse with cold water until cooled.
Combine other ingredients; then add macaroni and toss well. Serve warm or cold.
