Avocado Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 avocado
• 1/2 bunch cilantro
• 1/2 pint buttermilk
• 1/2 cup sour cream, light
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• salt and pepper -- too taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put first three ingredients in food processor and then add the rest to process until smooth, add more lime juice if needed for taste and add salt and pepper also as needed.
