1 c finely chopped walnuts or almonds
4 tsp rum
2 c icing sugar, sifted
1/4 c cocoa

Step 1

Crumble cake into a large bowl. Stir with fork until crumbs are fine and uniform in size. Add nuts, rum, sugar and cocoa. Stir until thoroughtly blended. shape heaping tablespoonfuls of cake mixture into balls. Roll in nuts or chocolate sprinkles, ressing firmly to adhere coating to balls. Place on waxed paper and let set for 1 hr. Store in container in refrigerator.
