Ingredients

For small (1 lb.) machine:
2/3 cup (152g) lukewarm water
1/4 cup (57g) lukewarm milk
2 tablespoons butter or margine
2 1/2 cups (10.5 oz./298g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
5 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
