Ingredients
- Cake :
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp b powder
- Dash salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Icing:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup nuts, cocoanut or raisons
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp milk

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs. Add sugar . Add dry ingredients. Bring milk and butter to boil . Add to first mixture.
Bake at 350 for 20-28 minutes. Test with toothpick . Melt all icing ingredients on stove. Pour over cake just out of oven. Return to oven for 5 minutes until icing bubbles.
Alternatives: Add 1 cup blueberries dusted in flour to mixture and bake for 23 -25 min. Makes 14-16 cupcakes. 12 cupcakes with no filling. Top with vanilla icing or suggested topping
