Ingredients
- 2 cups dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Combine syrup, sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in pecans and vanilla. Pour into hot jars, leaving 1/4" head space. Adjust caps. Process 10 minutes in water bath.
