1/2 cup corn syrup or honey
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix corn syrup, brown sugar, flour and dry mustard together.

Add vinegar as needed to make paste.

Smear on ham during the last hour of cooking, basting every 10 minutes.
