- 1 bag (10 oz.) Fritos, original
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 12 oz. bag miniature chocolate chips
Crush the corn chips in the bag with a rolling pin. Be sure they are finely crushed. Place them in a 15 by 10 by 1 inch cookie sheet. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the corn syrup and the sugar to a boil. Boil about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Carefully pour over the corn chips making sure you cover the chips from pouring. (You will not be able to spread the mixture once they are on the chips.) Immediately, sprinkle the chocolate chips over. When cool, cur or break into pieces. Enjoy!
