Ingredients
- BOTTOM:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups graham wafers, rolled fine
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup walnuts, optional
- FILLING:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. custard powder
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 cups icing sugar
- TOPPING:
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. butter

Step 1
Grease a 9x9 inch pan.
Bottom:
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla; cook until melted. Remove from heat and stir in graham crumbs, coconut, egg and nuts.
Press into pan.
Filling:
Mix the butter, custard powder, milk and icing sugar and beat until creamy. Spread on top of bottom and press down.
Topping:
Melt together and pour over filling.
Keep refrigerated.
