  • 1 green bell pepper - chopped
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • S&P
  • Mashed Potatoes

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375
Brown ground beef.
Add pepper and onion
Drain grease
Spreag mixture in 13x9 pan
SPread potatoes on top
Bake for 25 minutes
