- 7 cups cubed peeled baking potatoes
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
1. Place potatoes and garlic in a saucepan. Cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes; drain. Return potatoes and garlic to pan. Add remaining ingredients; beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth. Yield: 8 servings(serving size: 3/4 cup potatoes).
