  • 12 oz package whole-wheat thin spaghetti
  • 24 oz Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar (1 1/2 pkg)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 2 cups milk

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti 1-2 mins less than the instructions call for. Drain the spaghetti and pour into a 2qt baking dish.

2. While the spaghetti is cooking, cut the cheese into small cubes (1/4"); set aside.

3. In a medium bowl put the eggs, salt and pepper; beat together just until eggs are mixed. Add the milk and whisk or beat together just until blended.

4. Add the cheese cubes to the spaghetti already in the casserole dish; stir to distribute throughout. Pour the egg/milk mixture over the spaghetti/cheese mixture. (The liquid should be enough to almost cover the spaghetti completely making it very soupy).

5. Cover the casserole and bake for 20-25 mins or until the mixture is set. Remove the lid and cook an additional 5-10 mins or until slightly browned.
