Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 T white vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 12 unbaked 3-inch tart shells

Method:
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
In a bowl, heat together sugar, butter, maple syrup, eggs and vinegar.
Divide walnuts and raisins among tart shells. Pour syrup mixture over to fill the shells three-quarters full.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until mixture bubbles and tart shells are golden.
