Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs,beaten
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- Or eliminate lemon ingredients and substitute 2 tsp liquer

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sift together flour and baking powder
2. Beat together eggs and sugar
3. Add melted better
4. Add extract, zest and or liquer
5. Add flour mixture and beat until smooth
6. Cook on pizzelle baker as directed
