- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. curry power
- 1 whole chicken, cut up

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375*.
Put butter in 9x13 inch pan and place in oven to melt butter.
Remove from oven and add honey, mustard and curry. Mix well.
Add pieces of chicken, coating them well with the sauce.
Bake at 375* for 45 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake for another 15 minutes.
Turn oven down to 325* and bake for another 20 minutes.
