- 2 Hens
- 2 Strips Bacon, Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Cup fresh Bead Crumbs
- 1 Lg. Egg, Beaten
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach, Thawed and Drained
- 1 Tbls. Melted Butter
- 2 tsp. Dry Chicken Broth
- 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg (Freshly Grated is Preferred)
