  • FILLING:
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • TOPPING:
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450*.

Filling:

Mix sugar, butter, flour. Add egg and mix again. Add rhubarb, mix well and put into unbaked pie shell.

Topping:

Mix brown sugar, flour, and butter. Crumble on top of pie.

Bake in 450* oven for 10-15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350* for 40 minutes.
