- 2 cups sugar

- 2 - 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups peeled, grated, zucchini squish
- 3 Tablespoons Vanilla
- 3 Cups four
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
beat eggs until foamy.
add oil, sugar, and vanilla
Mix together flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon
add to creamed mixture
mix well
add grated zucchini and pecans
bake 1 hour at 350* in 2 loaf pans
