Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 bag (16oz) frozen veggie mix
- 2 c. water
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Cook beef in 10" skillet over med-high heat till browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.
Stir the beef, 1/2 can soup, worcestershier and veggies in 2 qt. shallow baking dish.
Heat water, butter, and remaining soup in 3qt. saucepan over med. heat to a boil. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in milk. Stir in potatoes. Spoon the potatoes over beef mixture.
Bake for 20 mins. or till the potatoes are lightly browned.
