Ingredients

  • 4 c water
  • 2 c sugar
  • 4 bags chamomile tea
  • 1/4 tsp. dried lavender
  • 2 springs fresh basil
  • 1 c lemon juice
  • 1 c eiderflower liquor
  • 1 c vodka
  • 1/2 c gin

Preparation

Step 1

Heat water and sugar over med-high heat. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add tea bags, lavender and basil. Steep for 10 minutes.
Strain into pitcher, pressing solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Add lemon juice and booze. Chill and serve over ice with fresh basil leaves for garnish.
