Ingredients

  • 7 oz All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 4 oz unsalted Butter,Softened
  • 1/2 oz Yeast
  • 1 oz Sugar
  • 3 oz Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Filling
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Pecan pieces
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs Melted Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients, Mix Sugar and Milk add yeast and mix. Add wet ingredients, Add yeast mixture.
5 minutes. Don't over mix. Make a round ball, place back in bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Put in warm place to double in size. In separate bowl mix filling ingredients together. Place on floured surface. Flat out to a flat square. Center outward with rolling pin. Add filling to top of dough. Roll up.
Slice into 1" slices with serrated knife, put in muffin cups. Cook in 425 degree oven.
