  • 7 oz water 90-100 degrees
  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • 15 oz Bread Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 oz Sugar
  • 3/4 oz Non fat dry milk
  • 3/4 oz Shortening
  • 3/4 oz Butter
  • 1 Egg

Step 1

Mix Dry Ingredients in stand mixer
Add wet, Do not over mix for dinner rolls. Place plastic wrap on bowl, et in warm area and let rise to double in size. Punch down and let rise again. Portion into rolls, let rise again. Egg wash top. Cook in 425 degree oven.
