Ingredients
- CANTALOUPE:
- 3 cans of crab
- 2 ripe cantaloupes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- SAUCE:
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chutney
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Step 1
Sauce:
Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate.
Cantaloupe:
Drain the crab and break it into pieces. Put in medium sized bowl.
Cut cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds. Using a melon baller, remove the flesh, leaving at least 1/2 inch around the sides and bottom. Cut the top of the shells into a zigzag pattern.
Mix the melon balls with the crab. Add the celery and the nuts. Toss well.
Fill the shells with the crab mixture and serve with the sauce.
