Ingredients
- 2 cups apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- chopped cooked chicken, optional
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, more if needed
- S&P to taste

Step 1
Place apples in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice and zest.
Add celery, nuts, grapes, onion, raisins and chicken. Toss gently.
Add mayonnaise and S&P and stir gently, tasting to achieve the right amount of mayo.
Serve individually on a bed of lettuce.
