Ingredients

• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 pkg (3oz) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
• 1 pkg (3oz) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
• 1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
• 3/4 cup gin
• Juice from 1 lemon
• 3 drops peppermint extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Add boiling water to combined gelatin mixes; stir 2 mins until completely dissolved.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour into 8 glasses.

3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Note: Sub gin for sprite
