Ingredients
- 1 lb navy beans
- 1 pkg salt pork
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup worcestershire
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1 tblsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 sliced onion,opt
- 3 cloves garlic

Step 1
Beans must soak overnight. Drain add fresh water and boil for 12 minutes with the rind of the salt pork. Drain and layer the beans into a pot with onions and chopped salt pork. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over, add water to cover the beans. Cover and bake @300* for 8-10 hours, checking for water coverage.
