Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 pkg ramen noodles
- 1 pkg coleslaw mix
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup slivered almond, or other nuts
- 2 tblsp sesame seeds
- 1 small can pineapple tidbits or mandarins oranges
- 1/2 cup julienned red bell
- 1/4 cup finely sliced celery
- 1/2 cup vegetabe oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/3 cup sugar, or honey
- 6 tblsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Put the seeds, the almonds, and the broken up ramen noodles on a cookie sheet and broil for 2 minutes to toast. In a saucepan heat the sauce ingredients till the sugar melts and the ingredients combine. Put the veg in a salad bowl and toss with the noodles and sauce. Refrigerate.
