Ingredients
- 3 whole Wedges Of The Laughing Cow® Light French Onion Cheese
- 4 whole Chicken Breast Quarters, Skin On
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Room Temperature
- 1/2 teaspoons Each Assorted Fresh Herbs: Oregano, Rosemary & Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1/2 teaspoons Each Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a small mixing bowl, combine cheese wedges, butter, herbs, salt, pepper & lemon zest until well blended.
Take one of the cheese mixture portions and place it between the skin and the flesh of one of the breast quarters.
Spread the mixture, pressing and distributing it through the entire quarter.
Repeat with remaining chicken pieces. (Rub any excess butter-cheese mixture over surface of chicken skin.)
Transfer chicken quarters to a lined baking sheet and place in the oven.
