Ingredients
- 2 Boiled chicken breasts shredded
- 1 package flour tortilla shells
- 1 can green chilis
- few dashes of chalula hot sauce(more if you like spicy)
- 1 can enchilada sauce(small or use about 3/4 of the large one)
- 1 can rotel tomatos(optional)
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup corn off the cob
- 1 package yellow rice prepared
- 2 bags mexican blend cheese
- 1 med container of sour cream(optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Add chicken, half the can of chiles, hot sauce, 1/4 cup corn, handful of cheese,1/2 can enchilada sauce, and tomatos if using in bowl and mix to combine. Fill each tortilla shell with chicken mixture and cover with a little cheese. Roll up and place in baking dish. One all tortillas are used and placed in dish cover with rest of enchilada sauce and cheese. Bake in oven about 45 min or until cheese is melted and starting to brown. While cooking mix the rest of corn and yellow rice together. Remove and serve with sour cream on top and rice and beans on the side.
