- 1 (16-ounce) bag baby carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1
In 2-quart saucepan, put carrots and salt in water to cover; bring to a boil, then simmer 15-20 minutes. Drain all but about 1/4 cup water. Add remaining ingredients and stir until marshmallows are melted.
