Ingredients
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cloves of minced fresh garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic power
- 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter (half a stick)
- 1/2 cup milk (whole milk tends to work best)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a medium sized bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, parsley and minced garlic. Use a fork to stir in the grated cheese.
Mix in the melted butter and milk until well combined, but not over-mixed.
Drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto a large ungreased baking sheet (evenly spaced). Bake until light brown, about 18 to 20 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy.
*Note, these will not be tall and fluffy biscuits, they will be a little flatter
