Party Cheese Ball

From the Philadelphia Cream Cheese book. I've used this old standard many times and it has always turned out well.

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese softened.
- 2 C. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 TBS. chopped Pimento
- 1 Tbs. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbs. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of ground pepper
- dash of salt
- chopped pecans

Step 1
Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients except pecans; mix well. Chill several hours. Shape into ball; roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
