Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. blue cheese
- 1 1/2 tbs. grated onion
- 1 1/2 tbs. finely chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tbs. finely chopped chives
- 1 1/2 tbs. finely chopped and drained Chutney
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together until well blended. Form the mixture into small balls the size of a large marble and roll in Almonds (blanched, chopped and toasted and mixed with a little paprika). Chill.
May be made before and frozen.
