Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

• 8 cups packed basil leaves
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1/2 toasted pine nuts
• 2-4 gloves of garlic
• 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until almost smooth.

2. Stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
